Birthday Months and Flowers!
Do you know that...
Besides birthstones, your birthday months are also associated with flowers? Since I am born in April, (spring transitioning to summer in Western countries, perhaps?) my birth flower is Daisy or Sweet Pea. You can check for yours below:-

I personally think that these flowers only bring one meaning - no matter what month you're born in, or what your astrological signs told you, you are beautiful. There will be times when you flourish with bright hues and wonderfulness, and also times when you will wilt away.

A Hidden Corner
Apparently there is a small haven in Sungai Buloh opposite to the town's hospital, where they sell different kinds of flowers (orchids, ixora, ferns, even citrus) and garden supplies. A quick glance might give you the impression of being in Cameron Highlands - with greenhouse-like roofs and pots of colorful blossoms hanging in midair.

The Ruby Ball cactus comes with a pretty cheap price tag. With only MYR 5.00, you can take one of these bright fellas home. They don't require much attention and the popping magenta shade would be a nice addition to any corner of your room.

It isn't just my camera effect - the place is really a relaxing sight for your tired eyes! You should consider a visit. On Chinese New Year, you'll get the chance to see Kumquat trees as well.

One thing for sure, last mid-semester break won't be my last time visiting these nurseries. If you're tired of your hectic life, you should seek refuge in this flower-bearing haven. You won't regret a second.
